Great rooms, nice linens, great comfort, and style!
It was a shame the pub was closed for our entire visit and that we were not made aware of that ahead of our trip. Having food and drink on the premises would have been nice.

A very big room, great location a walking distance from the British museum and only few minutes from the Tube, spotless clean, very pleasant staff.

From the staff to the room to the location everything was really great. My husband particularly liked that we could open the windows and use the cooling air conditioning which is sadly very rare these days. The bed was huge and super comfortable and I loved the shower. We ate in the pub, which was both convenient and delicious with a friendly barman who made sure we were looked after. It was an easy distance from tubes and the centre, but felt like a much quieter space.
This didn't affect us, but it's not a place for people who can't manage stairs, so be warned before you book.

Location and boutique feel.
Staying 2 nights but entry card mistakenly set up for 1. Returned 10.30 Sun evening and pub was shut and couldn’t access building/room. Had to wait an hour for someone to come and let me in which was stressful and also spoiled plans for that evening (as was going to get changed and briefly visit someone but delay meant too late to do so).
