Staff is helpful. Check in check out is smooth and fast. Lobby is decent. Room is clean. Breakfast is generous. Out of my expectation for this price in London. Will stay again next time in London.

Overall, room was clean and tidy though a little small. Enjoyed the location of the hotel as it was within walking distance of 2 different stations and regents park! the staffs were all friendly,, enjoyed our stay there

Great staff and location. However although hotel has just been renovated, they’ve retained a lot of the old furniture and fittings so it still looks dated. Toilet shower is rather challenging to use due to the overall design of the shower area. Loved the service staff though.

I was just looking for a place to stay ahead of a morning meeting. The room was pleasant and gave me a good night's sleep. I was on the lower ground floor, you could faintly hear the underground below - it did not stop me sleeping, but if you are a light sleeper I would recommend requesting a higher room.
