Ideal position for Arundel Castle, bus service very good and if needed train station very close. Inside all clean and tidy. The staff very
helpful. Breakfast very good. Would definitely
stay again if in the area.
The outside of the property is shabby, needs painting and the garden needs TLC. It would stand out more and make the property more
welcoming.

Breakfast was lovely and so was the service. We met up with family and they thought we were altogether and set breakfast for 4 the next morning even though we booked separately very nice touch.

Excellent location for Arundel train station and a short walk from the town centre.
No option to wave breakfast and pay less - I was leaving before breakfast was served.
