Well located pretty accommodation near to Arundel and host was very welcoming and helpful with knowledge of the area.
We had a lovely very spacious room, which was clean and comfortable, and we had a great nights sleep. Plenty of milk tea and coffee in the room. Full English breakfast, made to order, was very tasty and plenty of everything, with nice touches like jugs of juice (rather than a glass).
Large garden with plenty of room to sit in the evening.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay ans would recommended this accommodation

Nice host and great breakfast
The location is a bit difficult unless one has a car because the walking path is too close to the car road at parts

Wonderful welcome by the owner plus the room had an excellent bathroom. We feel guilty that our review isn’t better .
We were cold on arrival but apparently because of previous warm weather the heating was turned off . We were supplied with 2 electric radiators. The breakfast choice was poor with only 2 cereals plus muesli and no fruit available apart from apples and bananas. Most b&b supply soft fruits . The room just needed updating with new pillows a coffee table to create a nicer ambiance. No heating in the breakfast room .
