Great location walkable to Arundel Castle, Wetlands and the town. Well equipped good sized property with WiFi now installed. Plenty of storage, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.

The cleanliness of the place was amazing, quiet neighbourhood, all home facilities were available. The town had lots of unique antique shops to explore, interesting confectionery shops and lively saturday market.
I don't know how long the host has been with hospitality business, the host was extremely rigid and inflexible with check-in and check-out times. Also not flexible for using car space for little extra time.
The toilet lock on the first floor didn't work smoothly.
The sink in the toilet downstairs needed some unclogging.
If you want some flexibility with using the parking space, flexibility around check-in and check-out times then this is not the place to stay, this was my first and prehaps last experience with private property stay for travel. I have been to many countries and have stayed in many hotels across the globe, never experienced such a rigid host.
