This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. On arrival not informed about breakfast times? where the bar was. Where the restaurant was, nothing. Room dated no more I can say about that. Unpacked bags then went down to find the bar and try order some food. Nobody in the bar despite the fact the hotel was full! The bar/ restaurant was freezing! Asked the newly appointed Manager if she could put the heating on. She simply said, almost with glee, oh we don’t have heating in this hotel!

The lady on reception was amazing but it all went downhill from there. Rooms and Devore are tired, worn and dated. You don’t get much in the way of tea and coffee in the room and have to request a clean or top up up at reception. Don’t and you’ll not have refreshments when you get in. The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had and took 30 minutes every morning, except Friday, that took almost an hour. There were only 2 of us in the entire place at the time! Cold hard eggs, Luke warm bacon & sausage, cold mushrooms and blistering baked beans! Not the set up for the day you need! Do yourself a favour, book anywhere else!
