This en-suite room was good value for money. It was clean and well situated, with free parking. Although there was noise from the bar until quite late (Saturday night), once the bar was closed, the place was very quiet all night. Good shower and comfortable bed. Three small things - I couldn't get the internet to work, the telly didn't have any channels to watch, and there wasn't a window in the room. Easy check in and check out.

Stayed Friday and Saturday, ideal location to visit the university, close to shops, staff mostly knowledgeable and very friendly, entertainment Saturday night was a bonus, hopefully my daughter decides to go to Loughborough University and my wife and I, can stay here on many more occasions.

My problems where simply.
1] Room was cold, no heating on in early April.
2]Bed was low and uncomfortable, pillows where cheap and I folded 2 in half for neck support.
3] Tea and coffee poor. The Coffee sticks where only 2 and not good.
So I won't be going back, try somewhere else next time.
