Reception, bar and restaurant areas are inviting and comfortable. In the room, the bed was comfortable with crisp white sheets. The shower was quite powerfull and the towels were clean. The was Rituals toiletries which was a nice touch. Breakfast has a good selection of food available.
The bedroom carpet was stained and felt grubby, the curtains were full of holes, the bath had a hole in it, the wash basin had a large crack, and the toilet seat was broken and loose, the flush was very very noisy. The showerhead leaked everywhere. No drinking water in the room, even though there was a minibar.
