Lovely peaceful suburban setting (Perton is a modern 'planned' village). The village centre is five minutes walk away round the lake, with a Sainsburys and lots of other shops.
The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed.
I would definitely recommend the area for a holiday - rural Staffordshire has so much to offer!
Initial communication regarding check-in could have been better, but when our water was cut off the owner couldn't have been more helpful and did everything in his power to get the issue resolved - very much appreciated!
A dish-drying rack would come in handy.

Excellent hosts.
Great little flat in a quiet area.
All you can need was there.
Parking was tricky, couldn't easily fit two SUV cars on the drive but could park on the the road as it was quiet.

The location was brilliant, opposite the lake/pond. Nice quiet area perfect flat.

Adequate for the price, providing a washing machine
, plenty of parking space
a. safety: bat tub is too high, they need to place a
box to land on . I almost flipped over twice
b. very small cottage, need to remove decorative
plants for more storage room
c. Dining table needs to be bigger, it’s a round one
