The booking was easy, the staff in hotel friendly and helpful plus the room clean and comfortable. Such good value for what we required. Having onsite car parking plus the location close to the city was really good.

This was great value accommodation and very convenient for the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room had everything we needed and the restaurant was surprisingly good for both dinner and breakfast. There's also a huge Tesco and a large retail park within walking distance if any last minute essentials are needed. Overall, this was excellent value and we'd definitely stay again if we're flying from NCL.
The room wasn't particularly spacious, especially with the sofa bed made up. Let's say it was functional rather than luxurious but I'm not complaining for the price we paid.

The location and the decor were nice.
The one working lift felt like it was going to break down every time I used it. The room had a musty smell. Power sockets. There wasn’t one on one side of the bed, it was a real nuisance.
Evening menu was minimal and uninspiring.
