Property in a serene neighborhood
I didn’t like that room was not cleaned daily, towels were not changed daily except been requested for, also toilet papers were not replaced after it got finished in the toilet, bins were also not been emptied.

That the reception and maintenance staff put right the things that were wrong very quickly.
Seal on the shower screen missing so water flooded onto the floor. Bath plug badly adjusted so the plug could not be raised high enough to let the water out. Basin drain blocked. I felt that housekeeping staff should have spotted these things

Very comfy bed.
Rude guest at check in. Had to wait a very long time while receptionist went off and apologised as they were drunk. Breakfast wasn’t great either.
