Clean spacious rooms, beds were comfy and bathrooms were modern with excellent showers. Location was great for the train station and Utilita Arena and there were also good places to eat and drink within walking distance. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful. Great hotel for a budget price. Don't get any of the negative reviews on here and no I don't work for Rooms Inn, I just had a good experience at the hotel!!

Great price and location with a short walk to central station and the city centre. The rooms are very big and comfortable and the bathroom big. I've stayed here multiple times when up for either work, seeing the toon army or visiting family and will continue too in future. Would love a minifridge in future as a recommendation

Cheap and cheerful. Walkable to the town centre.
The shower was more a tap than a shower. The breakfast was a packed bag option, not a sit down meal. Best of all the free parking was £10. Add that to the room cost and I could have stayed somewhere else and a proper breakfast.
Also three floors, no lift.
