Pity you have to pay for parking now, breakfast not the best

bed was comfy, pillows not the most comfortable, the room was clean but there was a wet patch on the floor, either water or something had been spilled or it had been cleaned but wasnt yet dry

the carpet floor needs to be dry, and the pillows could be feather

I had a really pleasant stay at Room Inn Newcastle. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around the city. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything needed for a short stay. I also really appreciated the breakfast provision, especially the breakfast on the go option, which was very thoughtful and convenient when heading out early in the morning. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Newcastle.

Nothing major really. Overall, the stay was good, but perhaps a bit more attention to detail with cleanliness and room supervision would make the experience even better. Also maybe considering having fridges in the room will be helpful too.

Cheap last minute booking which suit our needs

We were late back and had to stand outside ringing the bell for about 10 minutes until the night duty worker arrived, looking flustered and blaming “Someone” who he said “Must’ve taken the phone off the hook”
