Lovely hotel with fantastic staff. Breakfast excellent. Great location with good selection of bars and places to eat within a short walk.

Good area, pubs and restaurants close by, room was clean, bed comfortable and friendly, helpful staff. Only negative was poor Wi-Fi in our room(129) worked perfectly in the public areas.

This is not where Agoda customers should stay. The hotel actively discourages anyone from booking through travel companies. We were banished to the furthest, most distant room on the top floor even though the hotel appeared not to be full. Service for dinner was unacceptably slow - 75 minutes for our order to arrive
