The hotel was excellent, very clean and staff were very friendly. Food was lovely and there was just a nice atmosphere around the hotel.
The only negative thing would have been the lifts often took a while to come but it was a minor inconvenience

Reception staff were nice
I had a mold in my room and didn’t get any discount for that so I have to share , they changed my room when i had been sleeping in it for 2 days with child , also didn’t like they could not offer duvet only blankets ,
