The view from the 38th floor was amazing & the room was very clean & comfortable

The staff and hotel was nice
Booking.com ripped me off as 25 friends who also stayed booked through Love holidays and Jet 2 and had all inclusive plus flights and drinks for significantly less than I paid for half board and no flight and similar room. Booking.com kept bouncing my emails I wrote to query this as no reply and are extremely difficult to get hold of despite there saying they are always available to help No way to treat a Genius highest level customer. I’m going to have to book through other companies in future.

The lifts never work and with 43 floors it was ridiculous
