Location of the hotel is excellent
Breakfast. Fried eggs, sausages, hashbrowns, beans were excellent.
Always freshly cooked and available.
Always available tables laid.
We liked the choice of being able to take lunch or dinner as part of half board.
Lunches were good. A nice variety of fish, meat, pasta, and sides of vegetables, rice, potatoes etc
The WiFi was very poor. ( I appreciate that it is a big and complex building), We had to buy extra mobile data from our provider.
The staff were professional, but I felt a little impersonal.
The building does not have enough lifts. This was noticeable especially after meal times.
The evening entertainment was very noisy, and kept us awake most nights ( better sound proofing needed in the rooms).
I dont feel its correct to charge extra for use of the room safe ( I've not seen this done anywhere else)

The toasters were not set well to toast the bread first time.
The orange juice and coffee were poor.
