We stayed at this hotel for a group holiday and it was perfect. There was all variety of guest and still all good vibes. Rooms clean, shower tad small.
Very helpful staff, one person lost key and they happily got him another one. Location is good for most key places.

Stayed here at the weekend and left my watch in the hotel but didn’t realise until I got to airport. (My fault)
But contacted the hotel and it was like pulling teeth. No real concern at all. This was a deeply meaningful item to me.
I had stayed here previously and usually a great hotel.
This item has been lifted 100% and nothing has been done to help my situation.
Been let down massively.
I will not be returning here again.

The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach and for the bars at night. No shower gel or soap on arrival, asked reception on 4 separate occasions to sort, but they never did. In the end saw the cleaner and she have us some the day before we left. Many others complained of the same thing. We wasn’t in the hotel, there are several annexes that are with the hotel and we wasn’t in one of them…no mention of this at time of booking. The walls are paper thin, could hear next door snoring at night, others arguing and slamming doors. Honestly this hotel was more like a youth hostel. The floors in the apartment weee dirty and never cleaned. The surfing on the wardrobe came off in the middle of the night, lucky it didn’t fall on one of us. Reported to reception and they taped it back on
