Staff were exceptionally helpful and professional.
The shuttle bus was on time which is essential for international flight connections.
The room was comfortable and having a large pool area a real bonus given the warm weather conditions.
I would certainly book this hotel again if I had a short Rome layover.

Shuttle bus made it easy to get to the airport
Very old, worn building that needs a renovation
Steps to the lift inside make in unnecessarily difficult with luggage
