Good location, close and convenient to the airport via taxi and in a good area along side the Tiber and near the sea. Great choice of restaurants and cafes in the area. Rooms, although small, were comfortable and clean. Beds very comfy. Good bathroom. Helpful staff. Breakfast is included and although limited choice (continental style) there was meats and cheese, cakes and pastries, bread with jams etc and great coffee. Desk staff are happy to arrange taxis and by doing so get you a slightly discounted and confirmed rates. Overall a good place to stay away from the airport with the advantages of a local town 'feel' and conveniences but close enough to be at the airport within 15 minutes.
No early check-in available as the desk is not managed at all times. A steep flight of steps from the front door to reception and no lift. Can be a bit of a problem if you have a heavy suitcase and / or a mobility issue.

Great area, comfy beds, receptionist gave us an extra hour before we needed to check out
Incorrect room description. No wardrobe or desk as described, definately not sound proofed as described (maybe the windows but not the whole room), kept being woken by people talking, could hear people in the neighbouring room.
