Easy self check in , clean , pleasant sitting area outside of the property . We’ve missed the breakfast but last time when we stayed there was selection of fresh croissants .

The check-in was super easy and smooth. Roxanna was extremely responsive when I called her in the middle of the night about the hot water in the shower. My mistake I had it on the wrong way 😅 everything was clean, ambience of the room was beautiful and warm, the aircon had a heat setting as it got chilly at night. The bed was SO comfortable and I slept like a baby until my flight back in the morning. The coffee and breakfast was also great, only sweet pastries, typical Italian but it was fresh. Glad they had lactose-free milk in the fridge for the coffee. The 2 bottles of the water on each nightstand was a great touch after landing at 10pm from my very long-haul flight to Rome. Had my morning coffee in the garden under the sun and it was grand. Roxanna called me a cab (turned out to be super spacious van) for airport transfer in the morning at a flat rate of €25 instead of the €35 I paid for Uber the night before. Wished I’d stayed an extra day to take the bicycle around and check out the beach. Very quaint quiet neighbourhood. 12/10 would recommend especially if you’re transiting overnight or if you’d like to check out the quiet suburban neighbourhoods of Rome away from the center.
Nothing everything was great. The only thing is that you can hear people talking/watching shows from inside the bedrooms ONLY if you’re outside on the hallway, but can’t hear it in the room otherwise
