Breakfast was very good. But one day we asked for breakfast bags as we had to leave early for a tour. Disappointed.
Croissant in a bag, yoghurt and drinks. Would have preferred fresh pastries. One of the bags had no fruit or yoghurt.

Our room was at the end of the floor and felt very private. The room was a great size for my wife and myself. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of different items to choose.
The round bathroom faucet handles were hard to grip and use. Especially with wet hands.

Location is great, close to shopping district and Duomo. Serena at the Front Desk and Tara at Breakfast service were great and kind.
Staff should not use guest elevators, we always had to wait and noticed that it was due to staff usage

Great location near everything by foot
Outdated hotel, needs a renovation, asked for help to switch off light they said they would send someone to help me and no one came. Breakfast super crowed not enough tables to accommodate guests
