Well located in the heart of interlaken. Comfortable and clean with enough space in the rooms but maybe getting ready for an update. Breakfast was tasty with good variety and something for everyone. There aren’t staff on site most of the time but the owner is available by phone and very helpful and friendly. The garden and kitchen nook are a wonderful addition and give a unique and valuable space for guests.
Rooms a little tired with tricky (but working) AC. 3 in 1 shower gel/shampoo maybe bring your own shampoo and conditioner (this would be a great opportunity to showcase local businesses as some hotels do)

Quite and good location. Friendly staff. Clean room with a small fridge and a capsule coffee machine. Small but good breakfast buffet. Free parking. 24/7 self check in. I can highly recommend this place for budget accommodation!

Staff very friendly, easy to self check in. They gave us a bus card.
The shower head is terrible. The water stream very pointy and it even hurts to take a shower.
Breakfast has very few options, especially protein options.
The bed sheets were a bit itchy the first night.
The heater is on at all times, you cant control it. It makes the room warm which is good but sometimes too warm.
It’s not close to either train stations in reality, Interlaken Ost or West. It’s a 15 minute walk to anywhere, stations, city center etc.
No elevator, but we were in the first floor so that wasn’t a major issue.
