Close to airport. Free shuttle to airport. 5 min walk to the Nice Saint-Augustin train station from where you can reach Cannes or Monaco in less than 30 min.
Good breakfast. Decent gym. Excellent views from the room with odd numbers. It's a sea view and you can see planes taking off from the airport near by.

The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful but I found that the breakfast this time around
wasn't up to par. Great selection of goods but the hot stuff (eggs, bacon ) were cold this time around.
I might add that we were the first ones in the breakfast room so you would assume that everything would be nice and hot!!!!!

Great hotel.
There is a 24-hour airport shuttle running every 30 minutes to and from the airport.
The room has everything you need: a hairdryer, mini fridge, safe, kettle, capsule coffee machine, water, tea/coffee, TV, and furniture, as well as toiletries.
I stayed in a city business room - it’s spacious and comfortable.
On the ground floor, there is a 24-hour reception, a large lobby with sofas, as well as a bar and a restaurant.
The location is excellent: the hotel is very close to Nice Côte d'Azur Airport and the Nice Saint-Augustin railway station.
1) My room 815 had a poor view, it overlooked the roof of a nearby building;
2) For a 4-star hotel, I missed having a bathrobe and slippers in the room (it’s inconvenient to bring everything with you for just one night);
3) There was a slight leak in the shower hose, but it wasn’t a big deal;
4) On New Year’s Eve, it wasn't possible to dine at the hotel restaurant because all the tables were occupied, and in-room dining wasn't available. Although the receptionist had assured me that a prior reservation at the restaurant wasn't required.

Location
first room given on second floor smelt of cigarette smell in bathroom and the room also had a smell. Complained and was given a different room on 8th floor. Room was fine. Basic but clean.
