The breakfast was good-there was a cook who made a fresh omelette The last day there was no chef and I was told he would show up later-we had to leave for the airport so no omelette..

First, we booked for 4 days-2 suites in August during a heat wave We were provided 2 bottles of water on the first day and were told that is all we could have regardless of our length of stay. There is no convenience store to purchase additional bottles. We asked how to obtain more water and were told to bring empty water bottles to first floor to be refilled. I went to bar for refills and was told they do not refill but could provide me with water-they then charged me 6 euros. I went to front desk to ask what I should have done and Giulia didn't care about our water needs and was very rude/bad attitude.I asked for hotel manager and eventually spoke with Davide who told me to fill up our empty water bottles from our bathroom sink! I refused and stated we just left a 4 day stay at the IHG in Paris and they had an ice machine and Brita water filter for guests on every floor. He said there were water bottles in the workout area. Second, on one day my husband stayed in our room all day to work online and called room service repeatedly trying to order but they did not pick up. When I returned I refused to believe this so I called-no answer. I called the front desk and was told that there was no room service by phone-we had to go down to the bar and order and it would be brought up. The next day after a long hot day we were exhausted so we stopped by the bar on the way up to our room to order room service. We were then told we had to go to our room to call for service. I told bar staff what we were instructed the day before and he acted shocked. I asked if we could just order what we wanted while we were there and he said no and he added that room service had a different menu so we could not get what we wanted by room service-he did not care. Thirdly, there were no washclothes available-the Paris IHG had washclothes available upon request.
