we arrived after driving 12 hours from UK with our 2 x dogs absolutely shattered and tired! However our room key didn’t work to open the door and 3 x times we had to return to reception whereby they finally replaced the door key battery. finally we started to unpack and discovered the aircon didn’t work whereby we had to contact Nico at reception to which we waited half an hour in a very hot room with our dogs panting in the heat. Nico returned to advise we would have to change rooms!!! we received a drink from the bar each which in hindsight we should have received dinner free or a refund on our stay??
