The lovely lady on reception who gave us a warm welcome. She was always very helpful.
It's 500 metres or so to the car park. Bit of a worry as our car was full of ski stuff. That said, the car park was well lit and had cctv. You could drop off and pick up any baggage outside the front of the hotel.

Very friendly staff and great location. It is a good 3star hotel. Great location minutes walk from city centre. Interconnecting rooms were great with a young family. Secure parking 5 min walk away.
Pillows were very uncomfortable - that’s all.

Really friendly welcome (and goodbye). Nothing too much trouble.
Very impressed with how the receptionist/manager dealt with the herd of dogs present at breakfast. Kept everyone happy including the dog owners.
