The property was in a very good location, near metro which allowed us to get everywhere we wanted. Shop next door, easy to locate. It was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and the room was nice for spending short amount of times there. The staff were amazing, made us feel very welcomed and we were known to them which made the stay even more personalised. It was one of our guests birthdays and once the staff knew, the receptionist sang happy birthday multiple times and on return to the hotel they had balloons ready to take to the room. A very nice gesture and touch!
Only downside was the shower is quite small and there are no shelves for you to put products in there. But the shower itself had a good temperature and power to it.

A clean and comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent, very close to the Metro allowing easy access to the rest of the city.
The tea\coffee supplies could have been replaced more frequently.

The staff was kind and super accommodating. We were agreed to leave our luggage before check in time as we arrived late morning and then to leave it for a few hours after check out, allowing us to enjoy more of Paris before heading to the airport. Charonne metro is very convenient and there is a fabulous Boulangerie and a little Market just around the corner. The room was well cleaned.
The Hotel was under renovation. We would have preferred to know it before booking our prepaid reservation, instead immediately after. Not a big deal though as we were on the 1st floor and works were on floor 2 and 3. It meant just a dusty lift for us. No biggie

The bed was comfortable
The shower was mouldy and the light switches had very bright blue lights which were not possible to turn off so disturbed my sleep
