We stayed 3 nights in a one bed villa, and happily would have stayed longer. The villa was clean and they came daily to skim the pool and clean up the garden leaves. Location was great, easy walk to two main strips and the beach, lots of shopping and massages. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We made the most of room service, food was really tasty and good portion sizes. Missed out on our complimentary massage because we were not organised sadly.
If you look too close things are a bit dated and ratty but it’s clean and it’s Bali, I’d prefer some character. If that’s not for you head to a resort and stay in a hotel that looks and feels like every other hotel in every other city.

The property was in a good walkable location to restaurants, spas, etc… and it’s very easy to get taxis and grabbikes from the property.
The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom was slightly outdated. It was clean but there are things that could do with replacement like the shower head and taps.

The bed was comfortable, the private pool looked nice but didn’t swim, and the staff were nice
We only stayed 1 night as I booked the wrong villa and they didn’t have anything else suitable (no fault of mutiara’s) but our biggest let down was we weren’t expecting the bathroom to be semi outdoors (window that has no glass) so the whole bathroom and bedroom were full of mosquitoes at night from lights being on which resulted in heaps of bites and not much sleep. Also the shower and fittings were covered in mould/calcium and just don’t look clean along with the bedroom. The road outside also has no footpaths so it’s not a great location. Overall the set up is good it just needs a very good clean. This is the first negative review I’ve ever done because I feel bad doing them but just wasn’t worth the money to me.
