Upgraded room, king size bed, staff were excellent . Breakfast included.
Location was in a very busy part of Seminyak, however our room was at the back so nice and quiet

II like The cleanliness of the property. Most of the staff were polite and friendly.
The first room I was assigned were a bit noisy during nighttime. It was near the street and I can hear the sound of the motorbikes and voices of people. I upgraded to a different room located in the Oasis and this was way better cuz it’s much private and quieter.

Breakfast was fantastic, awesome selection. Staff were very helpful and always so lovely and friendly. Right in the thick of it in Seminyak. Great value for money.

The room had mosquito in it.the pool water and pool benches were not clean
