Feels like the old days. Beautiful landscape and two nice pools. Awesome staff and breakfast.

The new(ish) booking Manager online, can NOT spea ANY english and uses a translating App to do reservations. I booked for 2 weeks directly with him. When I arrived, they did NOT have my reservation at all. Desk Staff was extremely apologetic as I've been staying there for 10 years! I asked other guests, and they also had difficulties dealing with him. No english at all and flat out refused to speak to customers directly, myself included. Does not answer online questions either. He would not give me any discount on a different room even though the booking mistake was definitely his. The Agoda rate was MUCH cheaper than directly booking with the hotel. There is NO ONE above him to complain to about his lack of understanding. As a Hotel Manager that is unacceptable behavior. Two other long time guests also complained but to no avail either.
All the other Staff are fantastic and have to cover for his behavior which is really sad. Lovely grounds, 2 very clean pools, but 3 broken Pool Umbrellas so not enough shade for guests. Only vegetarian breakfast. Eggs made to order. Lovely Staff.
