Wonderful accommodation. Our room was a really good size & the beds very comfortable. All staff we met were happy & helpful. We used valet parking for convenience. Plenty of eating options both at SkyCity and nearby.

Location was ideal for getting off the airport shuttle bus.
We were woken up at 6.20 am on Sunday with the sound of drilling and hammering. This continued for over 1.5 hrs. After 30 mins I called down and was told there was no work going on, but they would look into it. Noise continued, so I eventually got dressed and went down to reception to ask them to stop it. Noise stopped 8 & 9 am, then restarted. I don’t know where it was coming from, sounded like above us. 4 star hotel…. not acceptable to do maintenance at 6.20 am.
