I like the location, the staff is fantastic.
The air conditioning was not working a couple of times.
Perhaps the hotel could have a concierge service if required.

Everything about this property was excellent. One block off Queen St and 4 blocks from the ferry terminal. Staff could not have been better or more helpful. This was probably the best hotel stay I have ever had.

Great location and staff and the room had a great view and was of a very good size and very clean.
Cramped reception area, and breakfast room very busy mainly with customers awaiting onward cruises. The problem with cruise bookings seems to be that by the nature of their stay, they are all checking in and breakfasting at the same time. Plus, whilst the continental side of the breakfast was excellent, the English style let it down a bit by being lukewarm and the baked beans were predominantly just a juice.

Location, stayed here previously and enjoyed it so we implored people from our wedding parties to stay here as well. Very clean, close to the ferry.
Everyone but us was allowed to check in early (including two parties who were upgraded for free), while we had to wait until after three pm (which would be fine, had 1. literally our wedding parities/families not been able to check in early 2. my wedding bouquet got trashed while waiting in their back office. Kind of annoying when everyone else stayed there and spent their money there because of us, but it is what it is I suppose.
We all had the same room type (minus the two couples that got upgraded for free) (we saw all the rooms - Long story), so it was v weird. The bartender also didn't know the difference between tequila and vodka which was unique but not the end of the world.
