Fabulous location. Awesome tempered outdoor pool, and covered hot tub. Beds were large and comfortable. High ceilings made if feel so spacious. Concierge parking on site at competitive rate. Park and unload at the front door. They do the rest. You can be parked until 2pm rather than collect it at checkout at 11am. So plenty of time to explore the city.
Slightly drab feeling at check in and staff uniforms. The smell in the hallways is musky and univiting. Thankfully the room doesn't have the same smell.

Key card didn't work properly. The room fridge was rubbish and was sitting on the ground with a broken freezer compartment. Couldn't access the bottom pools in the morning the top pool area with spa was being cleaned at 9am preventing a quick spa before checking out the TV wouldn't connect to any device the room upgrades advertised didn't exist I've stayed several times sometimes twice a week and am always greeted with the question have you stayed with us before? Dosnt male you feel to special the more expensive rooms tend to be not as good as cheaper rooms however the staff are great and do their best
