I/we have stayed at the Raven many times over the past 3 years, en suite or shared bathroom,.
The facilities are good and the price per room is exceptional which includes a continental breakfast.
The Raven is also a pub with good beer and food.
The staff are welcoming and efficient.

I've never left a bad review before but the room was awful carpet's we're thread bare curtains literally falling off rail window didn't shut and the cleanliness of room was awful the bin hadnt been emptied it had food in that was mouldy the sink in the room didn't drain off and smelt same issue in shared shower room when showering you would be standing in one inch of water also the door to enter when main entrance was closed was faulty I got stuck outside wnd couldn't enter lucky a guest came out and opened it for me
