Was disappointed when we found out the toilet are outside the room and car park not free on street, we have to pay for certain time frame

I booked a double room for 2 nights and on arrival I found I had been assigned a twin room. I spoke to a member of staff and they said that they had no double rooms, so I asked why advertise and take people's money for something you can't provide. As a 6ft 2 man I found myself hanging out of the bed so made the stay even worse...I thought it couldn't get any worse but yet when using the bathroom facilities the only words I can use is absolutely disgraceful. I would strongly advise anyone even considering this "hotel" please be careful.

First of all, I found it strange that after I rang the bell at the reception, the receptionist answered from his room, saying he would arrive shortly — but it took him a few minutes to show up. Another thing I found odd was that he told me it would take a few minutes to generate the access code for the room, even though the reservation had been made some time ago, so he should have already had it prepared. There were two negative aspects: the curtain by the window could not be pulled either to the left or to the right to fully cover the window (it was defective). But the most unpleasant thing was finding a two-liter bottle full of urine in the desk cabinet, left there by the previous guest. I reported this the next morning when I checked out, and the receptionist apologized. Still, such a thing is unacceptable. I’ve never experienced anything like this anywhere else. More attention should be paid to cleanliness. It seems the receptionist was also the one responsible for housekeeping.
