This was our first stay here in Huddersfield and at this hotel too.
The room was very large, plenty of facilities and the mini fridge freezer was a nice bonus. Was warm too but comfortable not overly hot. Beds were great and ample space for belongings. Room was in good condition.
I don't like to criticise any places but the only thing really for us was cold shower room was no heating in there. Bacon at breakfast bit hard but these are the only gripes everything else was great and value for money was top for what we got!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent
No toiletries in the bathroom and soap was not provided although requested. No plug for the bathroom sink, no toilet brush, and the mattress was on its last legs. No-one made up the room while we were out.
Our group used 3 rooms and the same problems were had by all.
