Great location, good restaurant and amazing pool. Quick walk to shops, art gallery and restaurants. Queen Room on 9th floor with great city views. We also used the bar at Cloud 23 on the 23rd floor with great cocktails and views as far as the eye can see!

Hotel was clean, and the room was good.
Parking was not easy, even with a car park very close by the lack of signposting made this very difficult. I was staying at the Hotel for an evening function, to be charged an extra 10% service charge for going to the bar and ordering and taking a bottle of wine to my table means I will not use an IHG hotel again.
