We were exhibiting at the NEC - the journey was easy - Arrival was smooth - parking easy, friendly staff. My room was very clean, my shower hot and vigorous. There were enough warm towels and they were large enough to dry myself. I was provided with a tea cup that was big enough to make a real cup of tea (why don't more hotels do this?) We ate dinner here too - the food was good and served hot and the waiting staff were very attentive. Breakfast too, I had avocado toast with perfectly poached eggs.
Avocado toast should have chilli flakes. Seriously though - there isn't anything to complain about - it was pretty good all round.

Room was a good size, had everything we needed. Bathroom was modern and all facilities worked great. Bed was comfy, air conditioning/ heating available and easy to use in the room.

Convenient to Knowle and village and lovely housekeeping lady who was there last time.
Windows wouldn’t close completely but curtains kept out the draught.
Welcome was a little lacking when we turned up at 13.00 but we came back later and all good thanks to Liam.
