I always stay at this hotel when coming to Birmingham. Not only is it convenient- being beside the M6 - the staff are always nice. I want to say a shout out to the 2 Aaron’s that were at reception when I checked in. The one that actually checked me in was REALLY helpful. Such a lovely guy - he assisted me by going to the car and helped me bring my luggage to the room. He understood I had a disability and wasted no time helping me. I love him for that. 💜
I never have an issue at the hotel- but I would suggest not over cooking the bacon ☺️

Friendly staff
Room was too hot and couldn’t turn the heating off. Had to go to reception and they did it from there. At 2am I woke up and the heating was on again so had to go back to reception for them to turn it off again
