The farmhouse is a typical rural Marche house recently renovated in full respect of the tradition of the place, it is intended for accommodation only, it is composed of 2 autonomous housing units (apartment 1 = unit 10217765, apartment 2 = unit 10217791), surrounded by an olive grove and with sea view. It is located in the territory of Massignano, a small medieval village in the hinterland a few km from Cupra Marittima. Apartment 1 (unit 10217765) consists of a living room, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. The living room acts as a dining room, kitchenette on one side, in this room there are 2 sofa beds that can be used if more than 2 people are present, the TV (digital terrestrial and satellite) is positioned in a corner. The master bedroom has access to the terrace. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower cubicle (there is no bidet); has a window. The terrace is small with a table and awning, from this point there is a sea view. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is free wi-fi internet access (discrete speed). Also you can use a barbecue in the square. Each apartment can accommodate 2/4 people. It is possible to park the car in the square.

The place is for me like a perfect Italian fable: lost within the olive wood in the mountains, very close to the sea, yet not far from the busy commercial centres. The host is very friendly and trying to help you as much as he can. In the garden surrounding the house you will find different herbs, soaked with the sun, smelling strongly, you are allowed to use them in your cooking as much as you like.
The appartment, though with modest surface, contains everything you may need during your stay including nice terrace with a lovely view. We have come here another time already and hope it is not the last one.
