About this house rental
We are in the southern Marche near Fermo, among the olive trees and biological vineyard of Casale Biancopecora Massimo and Michela, a wholly recovered structure with principles of bio building and anti-seismic, the views out of sight in the beautiful countryside of the center Italy. The apartments have been restored using original materials of the old house with all modern amenities.
Each apartment has a large private outdoor area with barbecue. Guests have a large pool of new construction on the size of 5x12 meters. The property covers an area of about 4 hectares with a small private forest where you can relax in the shade of the old oak trees. The synergic vegetable garden and orchards located near the apartments are totally organic and available to guests. Nearby small medieval villages, real historical pearls, country inns but also gourmet restaurants. At only 27 km the beautiful beaches of Porto San Giorgio and about 30 km the beautiful Sibillini Mountains with beautiful hiking trails. Guests can relax by the pool or stroll along the country lanes fainting in the wonderful views, unique in their kind, or visit the nearby cities of Fermo, Ascoli Piceno, Recanati, Loreto or even knock you in the nightlife of the seaside towns could then return to peace and tranquility of our sites.
Opportunity to taste the wines of the waiting area of our wine producers whose production will begin in 2017.
