The welcoming and spacious air-conditioned room is located on the ground floor next to the Scirocco apartment. In the room you will find a double bed, a sofa bed and a large bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in shower.
Small but spacious, Levante with the sofa bed offers additional accommodation for two people if necessary.
Outside, at the entrance to the garden, there is a private seating area with a dining table and umbrella.
The room is equipped with Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
La Collina has a wellness area with a hot tub and sauna, which guests can use.
Excluded: air conditioning and heating according to consumption.
