The fact it is close to the motorway
I am very disappointed with the service. The staff were unwelcoming and unprofessional. Furthermore, the in-room kettle was mouldy, i wish i could have taken a picture of it. When I asked for shaving cream, the receptionist immediately said no, only to check the storeroom after I had already turned to leave. Staff should verify availability before giving guests incorrect information.
