Friendly staff, it wasn’t busy, decent breakfast, comfortable bed and good sized bathroom and shower. Definitely good value for money as we booked in 20 minutes before arrival in an urgent situation.
It does look a little tired in places

Location
Very slow check in 15 mins only me in waiting.Room stunk of smoke asked to change rooms. No hot water at 15.45 on check in. Had to run shower for 8 mins at 05.15 am till water came warm not hot.
