We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. What truly stands out is the staff—they are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. From check-in to departure, they made everything feel easy and welcoming.
The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, which immediately made a great impression. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the pillows provided just the right amount of support, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone who values cleanliness, comfort, and contemporary amenities.

We had a very spacious family apartment made of two smaller connected apartments. The rooms were very clean, nice smelling and cleaned every day. Beds are very wide and comfortable. The rooms have everything we needed, and we were even greeted with small bags of local chocolate on our arrival. Location is very good - walking distance to Charles de Gaulle - Etoile and metro line 1.
The only thing I wish that would have been different is that we couldn't leave the doors of connecting apartments open, so we had to be careful not to fully close and lock them in between, since these apartments can only be had as fully separate apartments.

The atmosphere was enjoyable.
All staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was great.
I wish the website explained you can book to use the spa. I didnt understand that when reading the website. I would have brought my things had I known.
My colleague and I had 2h between two meetings on the day of our checkout. We were able to use the breakfast room to work for those 2 hours and it was extremely convenient! I would go back just for this convenience!
I wish the website made it clear we can book a private 1h use of the spa.
As a women traveling alone, this is a big positive point.
