Comfortable beds, clean room, great amenities. Lido restaurant has great food.

Only thing I would have like was cereal at breakfast for children.

Minibar was broken and nobody could do enything.

It was really amazing to stay on a previous ocean going ship. It was like stepping back in time to the glamorous days of transatlantic crossings. I loved the fact we were staying in a floating museum. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had an excellent choice and quality.

Nothing not to like, but the shower tray did overflow after 3 minutes in the shower and was not rectified for my second night. The front desk were very apologetic.

The ship itself is super cool and you kind of get a titanic vibe from it (in a good way). There are lots of things to do.

- We walked into the room and there was a dirty tissue laying on one of the shelfs plus randomly 2 euros. Before going into Rotterdam we told the staff at the reception and were ensured that she would let the cleaning crew know. When we came back a few hours later, the tissue was still there. We received a call from the reception, asking if everything was ok. We told them again but nothing happened since the cleaning crew was apparently already off. Next morning we checked out and had to tell the story at the reception one more time. This time the staff was amazing and compensated us but the overall service experience wasn’t a good one. Besides the tissue, there was dust piling up in the outlet and the small mirror was also looking dirty. - Parking is 22,- and hotel guests don’t get a discount.
