Hilton Rotterdam

I did like mostly everything, the staff at the reception was wonderful, the accommodation was also great, we did enjoy the views at 8th Floor which I would recommended, even for myself next time...

Obviously because of the reparation or renovation at the Rotterdam. Fountain in front at the hotel, it's very difficult to access the hotel, which we had to walk living our car far away from the hotel, until they explained to us how to get there using the right streets to get there. This was the only issue. Further we did enjoy everything. Thanks to all the workers even the cleaning staff too, which for me they deserve it the most of the effort en efficiency, for they hardworking.

I had a good experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and ready to help. They offered specific help with a rebooking to an earlier date since we arrive a day earlier. That was exceptional. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which made a great impression. The room was nice, modern, and comfortable. The bed was good, and everything,-from the bathroom to the furniture, was well maintained and clean. Housekeeping did a great job. The hotel itself had a great atmosphere, with nice facilities. Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a great experience.

Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was let down by poor service in the bar. We visited the bar twice during our stay, and on both occasions we were not served at all. Despite waiting for a considerable amount of time, no staff came to take our order or even acknowledge us. In the end, we had to get up ourselves and arrange our drinks, which is not what you expect from a hotel of this standard. Hopefully this is something the hotel can improve, as it detracts from what could otherwise be a good experience.

Location, cleanliness, really comfy large bed, food was good & staff were helpful & attentive.

Only 1 lift on operation which gave many guests a lot of frustration especially when you have had to wait for a number of lifts to stop at your floor & it being too full for you to get in. It’s not adequate enough for the size of hotel.

Quite central

I was put in room next to lift shaft and when I told the desk was ignored. You could hear the lift going up and down all night from the room.
