The lobby is lovely, smells incredible, staff were very friendly and helpful, the bar was so pretty and the bar staff were also very kind! Beds very comfy.
The room was very warm and didn’t seem to cool down even though the air conditioning was on. We ordered room service which took at hour even though it said 25 minutes.

Breakfast was lovely and hotel was clean and staff very helpful
No hot water in our room. The one lift that was in service kept breaking down so we had to use the staff service lift. Two nights were 680 and with no hot water this was not good.
