Extremely pleasant welcome from a family member. The house is obviously also used by the family as a holiday home. There was basic equipment for the first meal and a small, delicious cake.
The location to St Malo and the nearby and further beaches is very good. The neighbourhood is very quiet. The family endeavours to make the guests' stay a pleasant one.
The garden has plenty of sunbathing and seating areas in the sun and shade, as can be seen in the pictures.
The farewell was as warm as the welcome. We have felt very comfortable

An extremely well-maintained house with full equipment (we didn't miss a single thing during our 10 days stay). Never had a nicer host at a holiday house! Very friendly welcome and detailed explanation to all facilities in the house (in French only though, fortunately my wife speaks French). We even received a delicious welcome cake! Walking distance to two beaches (5 mins and 10 mins), next boulangerie was 20min away in walking distance or 5min with the car. Large garden, enough space for our kids to play softball tennis or with a frisbee. Definitely recommended house & host!!!

We spent a very good holiday week in this house with its great garden. First of all it is a great location: just 2 min. walk from the very clean and quite Nicet beach, 10 min drive to Saint Malo' center and a perfect base for exploring the area (we visited Dinard,
Cancale, Mon Saint Michele and Normandy beaches).
In 10 min walk you can reach Rothéneuf where you can find a very good boulangerie, and other shops for all necessary.
All rooms are very bright and conformable and lovely furnished and equipped with good quality appliances and all small things you can imagine. There is a room dedicated for a study, very useful if you need some private space for working or study.
The garden was magnificent, with many flowers and plants all around and liked to spend long time on deck chairs or dining using one of the several tables avaiable. Also in the garden there were all needed accessories, including a barbecue set (carbon included!), confirming that the owners prepared our arrival with special care. In fact they provided the house with many food, detergents, other consumables, all brand new and good quality; we rarely found such a perfect set up in our past experiences with homeAway.
The owners also prepared a folder with all useful information to live in the area: it was not a simple collection of brochure prepared by others: they added a unique set of suggestions and notes, including a map of the area with the best places. We followed the suggestions and we enjoyed a lot.
Wireless internet connection was very fast and reachable in every corner of the house and the garden.
So, in few words, the house was great, the location excellent but I think that only the special care and kindness of the owner rendered our vacation so nice and relaxing.

Très jolie petite maison, bien décorée et très agréable. Très bien située pour la plage, moins de 5 mn à pied pour la plage du Val. Agréable jardin bien entretenu et bien équipé. Enfin, formidable accueil des propriétaires ! A recommander.
