A beautiful historical building with easy walk to any of the surrounding landmarks

Charming little apartment in a quiet area of the city within walking distance of many attractions. The apartment was very roomy and historic with lots of charm.

Our apartment was up many stairs as was the bedrooms in the apartment. No problem for us but older or less abled people might have a problem. We needed assistance from the staff to change some light bulbs and it was a bit difficult to contact them.

The location was great. The quality and standard of the rooms were amazing

Hotel was perfectly located for what we wanted (though note that it is a fair walk from Verona city center). Rooms were a very good size, and 2 air con units in our room were appreciated.

WiFi was very patchy and didn't work in 2 of our group's rooms. Air Con was broken in 1 room and not fixed despite staff coming to look twice. Hotel doesn't have an iron despite being advertised, we were told twice they would get one for us but it never arrived. Breakfast is passable - bread was stale and baked goods were 'acceptable'. If we didn't have breakfast included I would not have paid for it. Light in room was broken, this was fixed very quickly but when we told reception it was broken the staff member said "ah yes the light is broken"... so they knew it was broken and maybe just assumed we wouldn't use the lights? Bit strange...
