The air conditioner only heats. They lied, saying it’s an Italian seasonal rule, but in every other hotel I’ve stayed at I could lower the temperature. Then they told me they’d turned off the heater—another lie. It was 13 °C outside; if heating were off, the room would drift toward ambient, not stay stuck at 26 °C. That’s thermodynamically impossible.
