Perfect location - 5 mins from bus & train station, making it super easy to get into the historic centre of Verona or around the region. Super clean! Bathroom was spotless, sheets were nice and clean. Staff were very lovely and easy to communicate with. Had everything we needed for 4 nights in Verona. Would stay again.

Habitación muy bonita y espaciosa, el piso muy cómodo y el baño no hay que compartirlo con muchas personas lo cual se agradece también. Seguí las recomendaciones que me enviaron para ver Verona y no tuve que buscar yo nada lo cual me gustó mucho. Localización un poquito lejos del centro pero se puede hacer caminando perfectamente y está a un minuto de la estación

Close to the Porta Nuova station, perfect location, clean and comfortable room. Attentive host who responded to all needs with clear instructions.

The room was clean, comfortable, and met basic expectations. Overall, the accommodation itself was decent for a short stay.
The experience with the host was disappointing. Despite being charged an extra €15 for a late check-in, we had to check in by ourselves late at night without any in-person assistance but only through phone call. Communication was also not ideal, as responses to messages were delayed and felt unhelpful. Additionally, I found it unusual and inconvenient to be asked to pay the tourist tax in advance before arrival, as in my previous stays it is usually paid at the property.
