This beautiful 2.5-room apartment is located in a quiet residential complex. The center of Immenstaad with all shops, restaurants, doctors and pharmacies and the shores of Lake Constance are within walking distance in a few minutes.
The apartment is divided into:
2.5 rooms in the 5th Upper floor with elevator, hallway, bathroom, separate toilet, separate kitchen with fitted kitchen and a balcony to the southwest. It has about 68 m2 of living space. The apartment has a garage.
The bathroom was recently renovated and in 2015 a new kitchen was installed. The furniture in the living / dining area and in the bedrooms dates from the 80s. The double bed in the bedroom has a length of 1.90 m.
The special feature of this apartment is the beautiful lake view.

Wir waren freudig überrascht, kurzfristig so eine tolle WHG zu
finden. Mehr Reklame möchte ich nicht machen, da wir auch 2022 Anfang September dort wieder Urlaub machen möchten.

Die Wohnung ist wohl vor kurzen renoviert worden, jedoch die Toilette ist nicht gerade der "Renner"; sehr geruchsintensiv !!!
Der Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon war defekt, kostet ja nicht die Welt.
Ansonsten sehr schön. Garageneinfahrt ist nichts für Fahranfänger

Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Anwohnerbereich, traumhafter Ausblick auf den Bodensee, groß genug, Küche neu renoviert, alles da, bis auf Kaffefilter, Spülmaschinentabs und Spülmittel, mussten wir dann einkaufen. Solche kleinen Standardartikel sollten vorrätig sein. Alles kann man nun nicht von zu Hause anschleppen.
Interieur von einer alten Dame und das sieht man auch: Nippes ausgeräumt und überzählige Teppiche entsorgt. Wlan rein und alle Fernsehprogramme wählbar wäre heute schon Standard. Eine Wanduhr hing da, diese war aber kaputt, Kleinigkeiten wie wackelnder Klodeckel, gehören repariert, das "Kinderzimmer" war ohne Nachttisch. Eine Schrankseite war abgesprerrt, wurde schon eng mit der Bekleidung
Orts- und Touristikprospekte alt. Jede Menge Nippesgeschirr, aber nur wenige brauchbare Tassen. Balkontisch verrostet und sehr wackelig. Alles für kleines Geld sofort zu ändern. Schade, wenn diese Kleinigkeiten geändert wären , wäre diese Ferienwohnung eine Topp-Adresse. Ich würde wieder hinfahren. Immenstaad ist eine kleine schnuckelige Ortschaft mit unglaublich schönem und duftendem Blumenschmuck und allen Geschäften in der Nähe und tatsächlich fußläufig zu erreichen. Strand am Bodensee frei zugänglich, schöne Marina und Promenade.
Die Maklerin super nett, danke auch der Touristikinformation für nette und kompetente Hilfe.
Macht was draus: Potential ist da.
